International Christian Fellowship is a Spirit-filled, charismatic church in Fairfax, Virginia. We welcome you to our multicultural fellowship and believe you will experience the presence, love and liberty of Jesus and His Spirit in our services.

Bill & Jennifer Marshall
For more than twenty years, Bill and Jennifer Marshall have faithfully served in Spirit-filled ministry in Fairfax and internationally.
They have a special heart for Southeast Asia, ministering at drug rehabilitation centers, small rural churches and orphanages—and sharing the love of Jesus with people they meet along the way.
They would be honored to welcome you personally to ICF.

Alongside our Fairfax-based assembly, ICF has an extensive mission in Vietnam and Thailand.
We principally serve Vietnamese refugees, people recovering from addiction, rural congregations and children in orphanages.

Rooted in Scripture
Our faith and practice are grounded in the inspired Word of God and centered on Jesus Christ.
The Scripture Inspired 2 Timothy 3:15–17
The Bible is the inspired Word of God, His revelation to humanity and our infallible rule of faith and conduct.
Humanity, the Fall & Redemption Genesis 1:26–31
Humanity was created good and upright but voluntarily fell. Our only hope of redemption is through Jesus Christ, the Son of God.
Water Baptism Matthew 28:19
All who repent and believe should be baptized by immersion in water as an outward sign of salvation and repentance.
The Lord’s Supper Luke 22:9–22
In communion we remember Christ through bread and the cup, proclaiming His sacrifice and receiving by faith the healing He provides for body, mind and spirit.
Feet Washing John 13:4–15
Jesus is our example of servanthood. His washing of the disciples’ feet calls us to serve one another in humility and love.
The Promise of the Father Acts 1:4–8
Believers should seek the promised Holy Spirit, as the early Christians did, receiving power for ministry and daily living.
Sanctification Acts 26:18
Sanctification is both a completed positional work of grace and an ongoing, lived process of becoming holy.
The Evidence of the Holy Spirit Acts 2:4
The baptism in the Holy Spirit is evidenced by the initial physical sign of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance.
The Church Ephesians 1:22; 2:19–22
The Church is the Body of Christ—the people of God and His habitation through the Spirit—commissioned to carry out His work.
Divine Healing James 5:14–16
Deliverance from sickness is provided through Christ and is a privilege for believers. We call for prayer and anointing with oil.
Tithing Malachi 3:8–10
Scripture teaches that one-tenth of our increase belongs to God and should be brought into His house. Offerings are given beyond the tithe.
The Kingdom Matthew 6:33
We are called to seek first God’s Kingdom and to see His will accomplished on earth as it is in heaven.
The Blessed Hope 1 Thessalonians 4:16–18
We await the resurrection of those who have fallen asleep in Christ and the gathering of those who remain at the Lord’s coming.
Christ’s Millennial Reign 2 Thessalonians 1:7
We believe in the revelation of Jesus from heaven, the salvation of Israel and the promised reign of Christ on earth.
Final Judgment Revelation 19:20
We believe Scripture’s teaching concerning final judgment and the lake of fire for the devil, his angels and all whose names are not in the Book of Life.
The New Heaven & New Earth 2 Peter 3:13
According to His promise, we look for a new heaven and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.
Holiness in God’s House Psalm 93:5
Holiness becomes God’s house. We honor His presence and gather with reverence in every way.
Christian Love & Duty Matthew 5:38–48
Christians should be respectable citizens who live in love and peace, pray for and aid one another, remain slow to take offense and stay ready for reconciliation.

What you may experience at ICF
We desire each service to be led by the Spirit of God. These biblical expressions of worship and ministry are part of our life together.
The Shout of Praise
Scripture calls God’s people to joyful praise. We have much to celebrate in the One who redeemed us and set us free. Psalm 47:1; 66:1; 95:1
Lifting Holy Hands
Lifted hands express worship, surrender and recognition of Jesus as Lord of Lords. Psalm 63:4; 134:2; 1 Timothy 2:8
Waiting on God
We make room to wait quietly on God rather than forcing an agenda. We hunger for His presence and trust the Holy Spirit to lead.
Laying on of Hands
In obedience to Scripture, we pray for people and may anoint them with oil. We have no power in ourselves; we simply serve as vessels of God. Mark 6:13; James 5:14
Baptism in the Holy Spirit
We believe this gift is for every believer, bringing boldness and power to witness, pray and worship. Speaking in tongues is its initial evidence. Acts 1:8; 2:4; 10:46
Spiritual Gifts
God may speak to His church through gifts such as tongues and interpretation, bringing guidance, instruction, encouragement and strength. 1 Corinthians 12 & 14
Slain in the Spirit
At times, a person may fall under the power of God while receiving prayer. We believe God may be healing, refreshing, directing or speaking to that individual. 2 Chronicles 5:14; Revelation 1:17
